The problem lies in the distant relationship between the public and Agrobank, a common issue faced by banks in Uzbekistan due to their highly bureaucratic nature.
To address this challenge, our objective is to rebuild Agrobank’s image through a customer-centric lens.
In pursuit of this objective, the FCB Tashkent team devised a comprehensive strategy and brand foundation for Agrobank. Central to this initiative is the launch of the “Anyone Can Grow” film, which serves as the cornerstone of the new positioning aimed at changing customer perceptions. It was imperative to create a campaign that not only stands out from the competition but also resonates with everyday people, particularly entrepreneurs, whom the bank seeks to serve.
Through the “Anyone Can Grow” film, Agrobank aims to convey a message of inclusivity and empowerment, highlighting the potential for growth and success that is accessible to all. This approach not only seeks to rebuild Agrobank’s image but also to foster a stronger connection with the public, positioning the bank as a trusted partner in their journey towards financial prosperity.
