Metro aimed to develop a high-impact internal communication campaign to motivate its sales teams and maximize engagement, all within a limited budget. The goal was to drive sales of Metro’s Own Brand products to three times the annual target.
We designed the Superpower campaign, styled like a dynamic comic book, to inspire salespeople to compete and demonstrate their unique strengths. The core message, “Activate your OWN BRAND Superpower and Score More,” was crafted using internal brand language — where Own Brand symbolizes the exclusive product category and Score represents their annual sales goals.
This energetic and visually engaging campaign created a familiar yet empowering call to action, effectively motivating the sales teams to exceed their targets.
