Kazakhstan faces a critical challenge in addressing domestic violence, compounded by the fact that statistical data on the issue often feels impersonal and fails to spark public empathy or engagement. The Schitaetsya Project was initiated to change this — by transforming abstract numbers into a compelling visual and emotional experience that reveals the human stories behind the data.

We developed a live, interactive website that visualizes domestic violence statistics, effectively illustrating the scale, shifts, and nuances of the issue. This dynamic approach not only makes the data more accessible and relatable but also fosters a deeper understanding of the societal impact of domestic violence.

Beyond the digital platform, the visual content became widely used across mass media and public rallies, further amplifying the message and igniting public discourse on this critical subject.
