Melike Yilmaz has started her carreer in Exchange industry as a long term intern. After university graduation she started working as a HR Generalist in Ozdemir YMM the company which merged with Ernest&Young. At 2006 she joined the Artgroup as HR Generalist and took role in development of Strategical HR Processes. After working for 3 years in Artgroup she changed the industry she works and began to work in a software company as an HR Manager. during her career she has qualified in all processes of HR and in 2022 she started to work in FCB Artgroup again as Regional HR Director.
